Living a healthy life is trajectory to embracing happiness and wellbeing! Healthy living always lead to a successful outcome in multiple aspects of your life. Staying healthy requires keeping fit, uncluttered mindset, awareness, critical thinking, and action. In essence, total maintenance! We all want to be healthy but tend to experience setbacks sometime. There are very few individuals who are disciplined to stay the course 365 days a year. I strive to adopt a life of discipline, holistically, to stay the course at least 50 weeks out of the year. Everyone needs a rest sometimes from workouts, eating totally healthy, and avoiding a good full course meal with collard greens, fried chicken, potato salad and tea! Yummy! It’s okay to ingest such meal but allow it sparingly. Our body will love you for it and as we age, it will truly love that its organs are still functional with minimal pain or ailments.
